Report to the Government.—The Sub-Registrar shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of person executing an instruments whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Kerala and publish it within forty-five days of its preparation.
