Surrender of certificate.—Every guarantee holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a Government guarantee shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every utilisation certificate held by him has been disposed of.
