Intimation of change.—Every genetic counselling centre shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 19 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
