Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a reconnaissance permit shall apply to the Mining Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Mining Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
