Application for registration.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit carrying on reconnaissance operations shall make an application for registration to the Mining Tribunal in Form A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every survey map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
