Surrender of certificate.—Every recovery agent who ceases to carry on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Financial Redress Agency in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every statement of account held by him has been disposed of.
