Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the recovery agent shall apply to the Financial Redress Agency in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Financial Redress Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
