Intimation of change.—Every seaman shall intimate to the Inland Waterways Authority, in Form 6 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inland Waterways Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
