Rule 4, Finance Department (Assistant Inspector Of Income-Tax) Recruitment Rules, 2011 [S4G-JXH]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Inspector Of Income-Tax in the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Bachelor's degree from a recognised University with three years' experience in the relevant field.
