Intimation of change.—Every child care institution shall intimate to the Child Welfare Committee, in Form VII and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Child Welfare Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
