Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of land near an aerodrome shall apply to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
