Application for registration.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome carrying on the erection of structures near an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every air operator certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
