Correction of entries.—The Public Accounts Committee may, on an application made in Form GFR 25 by any Drawing and Disbursing Officer or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
