Surrender of certificate.—Every school who ceases to carry on the running of a school shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every inspection report held by him has been disposed of.
