Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent in a market shall apply to the Director of Agriculture in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Agriculture shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
