Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of textbooks shall apply to the Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
