Surrender of certificate.—Every inquiry officer who ceases to carry on the conduct of inquiries shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
