Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a waste treatment facility dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every wild animal article then held; and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
