Intimation of change.—Every operator of a waste treatment facility shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form VII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
