Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a home stay shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
