Correction of entries.—The Inland Waterways Authority may, on an application made in Form 3 by any owner of an inland vessel or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fourteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
