Intimation of change.—Every diagnostic laboratory shall intimate to the Drugs Controller, in Form 21 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Drugs Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
