Fees.—The fee of one thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Inspector General of Registration by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form E; and the Inspector General of Registration shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
