Surrender of certificate.—Every administrator of an estate who ceases to carry on the administration of an estate shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every adoption order held by him has been disposed of.
