Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a beauty contest shall apply to the State Commission for Women in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the State Commission for Women shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
