Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a beauty contest shall intimate to the State Commission for Women, in Form I and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commission for Women shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
