Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any organiser of a beauty contest dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Commission for Women in Form VIII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every institution then held; and the State Commission for Women shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
