Application for registration.—Every registrar to an issue carrying on the business of a registrar to an issue shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form A, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of transactions held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
