Surrender of certificate.—Every registrar to an issue who ceases to carry on the business of a registrar to an issue shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every contract note held by him has been disposed of.
