Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the educational institution admitting foreign students shall apply to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form S for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
