Surrender of certificate.—Every auditee who ceases to carry on the submission of accounts for audit shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 22 of the manner in which every bill held by him has been disposed of.
