Fees.—The fee of twenty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Government of Assam by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Government of Assam shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
