Application for registration.—Every public authority carrying on the holding of information shall make an application for registration to the Central Information Commission in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every appeal held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for five days from that date.
