Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the inquiry officer shall apply to the Lokayukta in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Lokayukta shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within five days of the application.
