Application for registration.—Every dealer in foreign currency carrying on dealing in foreign currency shall make an application for registration to the Reserve Bank in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every advance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
