Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the practitioner of Indian medicine shall apply to the Director of Health Services in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Health Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
