Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a children's home who ceases to carry on the running of a children's home shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every case file held by him has been disposed of.
