Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal who ceases to carry on the supply of mid-day meals shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regulatory Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every textbook held by him has been disposed of.
