Application for registration.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal carrying on the supply of mid-day meals shall make an application for registration to the Regulatory Authority in Form C, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every mark sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
