Report to the Government.—The District Excise Officer shall prepare, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of cultivators of hemp whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
