Intimation of change.—Every operator of a passport service centre shall intimate to the Citizenship Committee, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Citizenship Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
