Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal in the custody of the Enforcement Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal; and where the Enforcement Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 2 within fourteen days of the succession.
