Surrender of certificate.—Every generating company who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appropriate Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every cylinder held by him has been disposed of.
