Application for registration.—Every e-sign service provider carrying on the provision of electronic signature services shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every security audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
