Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of foreigners who ceases to carry on the employment of foreigners shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the civil authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every registration certificate held by him has been disposed of.
