Application for registration.—Every operator of a testing station carrying on the testing of motor vehicles for fitness shall make an application for registration to the Highway Administration in Form 29, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
