Intimation of change.—Every operator of a testing station shall intimate to the Highway Administration, in Form 1 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Highway Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
