Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the transporter of minerals shall apply to the District Mineral Foundation in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the District Mineral Foundation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
