Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a dock shall apply to the Labour Commissioner in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Labour Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
