Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitral award debtor who ceases to carry on the satisfaction of an arbitral award shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Mediation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every statement of claim held by him has been disposed of.
